The Marketing team at PK suggested that my colleague Derek Phillips and I should get together for a quick video call about the power of stores in healthcare marketing.

What came from that is a lite game of Jeopardy, testing our knowledge on the hero’s quest to care at children’s hospitals to how the medical device maker, Zimmer Biomet is using compelling narratives to advance their consumers’ journey to care. It was intended to be a casual, sort of goofy discussion, but as always Derek was full of great ideas, which I hope you’ll enjoy once you forgive us adopting such a funny format.
