Come have a fun night of networking and discussion at the Boston AMA Connector Series.
This is great for August because its fun, interactive, and focused on networking and building community. After brief and hopefully provocative presentations a drinks, small group discussion and voting kicks in. This video from AMA Boston explains their fun format.
For this program, Dan Slagen, VP of Nanigans and I are teaming up to talk about increasing customer value through every part of the relationship life-cycle. He’ll be focused on ways to use predictive lifetime customer value to better target client acquisition.
And I’ll offer ways to calculate customer lifetime value, and focus on tactics to increase the value of existing clients. Unlike other programs, the real stars of the Connector Series is the audience which breaks in to small groups for discussion, voting, and further interaction with the presenters.
