This issue is pretty realistic. I've had bad experiences from the past outsourcing to India and that's also because I didn't know where to start, what to teach them and how to basically train them to grow my business, I just outsourced and let them do the work which was the worst thing I did. So in the end, it's always about the person who found, hired and trained them because these people are going to be following what you tell them to do. Otherwise, you should also look at not only experience wise but also attitude wise to prevent "lies" from spreading and happening.

The issue of online ghostwriting should not be a big deal because the Internet community generally judgesposts based on their own merit. Most of the popular posts online are written by unknown bloggers.

I do not think that ghostwriting is unethical. Just as singers can freely perform songs written by others, celebrities can likewise claim someone's authorship as theirs as long as they pay for it.

Hi, Dave -- I wrote a comment so long -- responding to this and Ja-Nae's guest article -- that I had to post it at my own blog at memesplice.com (http://www.memesplice.com/?p=68)

Thanks for food for thought!
